Pricing for Virtual Cloud Desktops
How Pricing Works
Each team member in your account will have their own virtual cloud desktop and login to use. You pay a flat fee for each user per month, plus a single monthly server maintenance fee. There also is a one-time setup fee for each cloud desktop and additional fees if you need more resources (see below).
Features As Needed
Our simple pricing model meets most of our customer’s needs but every business is different. In order to accurately estimate costs, we need to know a little information about the applications you use and the disk space you need. We do extensive research to determine the requirements of each application that your team will use on their virtual cloud desktops. With those requirements, we can estimate if any additional CPU power, memory, and other resources would be needed to run those applications smoothly.

Monthly Server Maintenance Fee: $48
Each user profile (person): $37 per month
One-time fee to set up a new user: $10
Additional Resources (shared by all users, in USD)
Each Additional CPU: $15 per month
Each GB Additional RAM: $15 per month
Each GB Additional Disk Space: $0.45 per month
